Candidate Profile
Experience in a team leading position where whole project cycles were successfully implemented
Experience in OOA and OOD tools and multi-tier application architectures
Tools and methodology experience in RUP, UML, test-driven programming, .NET or JEE
At least 2-3 years development experience
